At Ballinteer St Johns the Health and Well Being of all our members is important. The last two years has been challenging in many different ways for all of us, with life, our routines, plans, training and matches disrupted.
Thankfully, further lifting of restrictions next week is another step on the road to getting back to normal! Last summer we introduced lunchtime Strength and Conditioning classes with Danny Casey for our members and non members to help get fit and active again. For those who were used to going to the gym or classes pre the pandemic, it was a great way to get back into the routine of to face to face classes again.
Danny Casey has been running Strength and Conditioning Classes at Ballinteer St Johns for many years and has a serious passion for health and fitness and we are delighted to be partnering with him on this initiative.
The classes are open to everyone, members and non members, men and women, players and non players and all fitness levels. It is also great for the mind and our wellbeing to be meeting people again and even better to do it while getting fit and active.
If you haven’t joined yet, why not give it a go? Try a free session anytime!
Classes take place every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 12.30pm – 1.15pm at Ballinteer St Johns Gym (downstairs in the Clubhouse).
