Congratulations to Elaine Dolan, Ballinteer St Johns Club Person of the Year 2023!
Elaine Dolan has served with distinction on Dublin County Board Committees for over 10 years.
Elaine first served as Ballinteer St.John’s club delegate to Bord na nŐg and was subsequently appointed to the Juvenile Hearings Committee.
In 2018 Elaine was appointed as a member to CCC Átha Cliath. Her appointment as CCC Leas Cathaoirleach followed in 2020, serving three years in the role.
Earlier this year Elaine stepped up to the role of Cathaoirleach CCC Átha Cliath. This is a major milestone within Dublin GAA,with Elaine becoming the first female member to hold this leadership role.
Elaine brings a wealth of knowledge to all her GAA activities Her GAA CV reads impressively and reflects her commitment and voluntary dedication to her Club,her County and the One Club Model.
Elaine’s extensive experience,and contribution to the GAA and to our communities is hallmarked by her professional and personal life experience and by the many roles which she has expertly fulfilled as a Club Colleague,Team Mentor, Club Executive Member, Club Rúnaí – a most demanding Officer role within any club, County Committees Member and Leader of CCC Átha Cliath.
It is a privilege to work as a fellow volunteer with Elaine who is a great colleague.
Her can do attitude,no nonsense approach,knowledge,experience and commitment is valued and respected by all.
