Every year the Marlay Concerts provide a fantastic opportunity to increase the income for Ballinteer St Johns. By volunteering for 12 hours or more, you can earn tickets to a gig of your choice, whilst also contributing to the financial health of our club. Can I get an ‘Advance Ticket’ for a concert before I have done my 12 hours of stewarding?
Club members can get advance tickets for stewarding future gigs
Non Club Members need one club verified reference with vouched follow up by the club member.
What is the Start Time?
Morning shift 12.00 be at the clubhouse at 11.30 for Longitude
Early start 14.00 be at the clubhouse at 13.30 for other concerts
Otherwise 30 minutes before start of your shift at the clubhouse
Can I be partnered with a friend / family member on the same position?
Email into bsjconcerts@gmail.com with whom you are partnering with.
Be patient we will change you if there is a mix-up
Can I select a location?
Select your preferred area on the booking platform. You’ll be allocated a specific location at the Clubhouse on the day of the concert.
We will have some flexibility to swap people to other locations, but need to get people out onto the ground first thing. The bike coordinators will then arrange swaps where possible.
Getting your tickets for the concerts
We will email people with hours and ticket(s) requested
If you are partnering with others for tickets, email bsjreward@gmail.com with the names and email addresses of people you are partnering with and who will be claiming the ticket.
