The 39th Ballinteer St Johns AGM
Please note the 39th BSJ AGM will take place on Friday 3rd December 2021 at 8pm. It is due to take place in the Clubhouse but due to the current Covid situation we understand that some may prefer not to attend in person.
Therefore, we are also providing an online option.We are following all current public health guidelines but if you have any concerns about attending in person we are encouraging as many of our members as possible to avail of the online option.
After another challenging year, we have plenty to reflect on and with our 40th anniversary in 2022, we have much to look forward to.
Please attend if you can. In keeping with Public Health Guidelines Covid certs will be required to gain entry and masks must be worn at all times except when seated.
Members who wish to attend online are requested to email the following address prior to 6pm on Friday 3rd December: BSJAGM2021@gmail.com. You will receive a Teams invite approximately 30 minutes prior to the start of the AGM at 8pm. Each member should register for online attendance separately as opposed to a household.

(b) Minutes of previous Annual General Meeting.
(c) Consideration of the Annual Report submitted by the Secretary.
(d) Consideration of the Financial Statements including the Report of the Accountant(s) or Auditor(s).
(e) The Chairperson’s Address.
(f) Election of Officers and Members of the Executive Committee.
(g) Notices of Motion.
(h) Any Other Business
